Returns

Items must be returned within 100 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards.

Items marked as final sale.

Return Shipping:

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method:

Exchanges

Eligibility:

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items.

Items must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, original condition, and packaging).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kukonstore.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Important Notes
